Access control systems

Keys get lost, cards get revoked – the difference shows within minutes.

Access control systems

With keys you never know how many copies exist.

As long as keys open the doors, every departing employee leaves a question behind: did they return all of them, and did they make copies? Changing locks is expensive and slow.

Access control turns this into simple administration: an entry right can be withdrawn in minutes, and every door opening remains traceable.

Access control systems

  1. 01

We divide the site into zones

Not everyone needs to reach everywhere: offices, warehouse, plant room and server room are handled separately.

  2. 02

    We assign the rights

By role and by period – a contractor should get in only where and when required.

  3. 03

    We install the hardware

Card readers, keypads or mobile opening, electric locks, exit buttons and emergency release.

  4. 04

    We log and integrate

Entries are searchable and can be cross-checked with attendance records or camera events.

Frequently asked questions

01 Card or phone-based access – which is better?

Where there are many external and short visits, phone or QR-based access is more convenient. Where headcount is stable, cards are cheaper and simpler – in many places the answer is both together.

02 Can it be linked to working time records?

Yes, access data can be passed to payroll or an HR system. It is worth clarifying this in advance, as it is also a data protection question.

03 What happens during a power cut?

The system gets an uninterruptible supply, and escape routes get their own unlocking logic – fire safety rules always outrank access rules.
