Call center service and superintendence

Our office, which has been providing only security guarding and private investigation, now offers a 24-hours callcenter service and superintendence. We have increased the capacity of our office. The main role of the call center is to receive all reports from the protected sites and to coordinate our monitoring station. In case of security systems, operation safety is extremely important, so we make complete tests of our infrastructure every two weeks.

At our call center skillful operators are ready at any moment to take action after analyzing the received signs. In case of burglary signal, the operators notify the owner or the appropriate person in charge. In case of panic-alarm or emergency the operators call immediately the authorities.

It can be possible that the owner is forced by a burglar to disconnect the alarm system by his code (pin number). For such cases the forced person has a possibility to enter a special code, which disconnects the alarm systems, but a so called „ambush-signal” reaches the call center, where the operators inform the police about the emergency situation. This service can be implemented in any part of the country.

In case of need we can also provide a monthly report of the events, openings or closings. We recommend such reports for those trading or supplier companies, which would like to have a follow up of their employees’ movements.
